To start, I created a document with my research study plan to outline my methodology. I also outlined the project background and research goals of the study. After conducting the study I also did interviews to determine the habits of potential users as they shop.

I then used the interviews to create 2 persona's which I could use for user journey maps, design storyboards and persona walkthrough's.

Due to time constraints I was only able to complete the initial research and low fidelity prototype for this project.
